30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with your Calluna order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at care@callunawell.com with your order number and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

How to start a return

Email care@callunawell.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with next steps. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once approved, we refund your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we will make it right at no cost.

Health and safety

Because our products are consumable supplements, we may be unable to accept the physical return of opened products; in those cases our satisfaction guarantee above still applies.
